Eligibility

In order to be eligible to apply for a loan, you must first become a member of Elmseed. Any individual who has his or her own for-profit business idea and is 18 years old or older is eligible to apply for membership. Members must be able to arrange their own transportation to weekly meetings at the Elmseed office in downtown New Haven.
